  • Status: Full-time, 40/hrs. week

What Youll Do:

The CDDT program serves those who suffer SPMI and also from Substance Abuse /Dependence. Our clients have not achieved success in traditional outpatient settings and have struggled to attain sobriety through various attempts at substance treatment. Our team is comprised of a psychiatrist, nurse, therapist, case-manager, and peer services. Most services are provided in the community. As a Team Lead, the person in this role will provide in-person direct client services as well as provide clinical supervision to ensure that our services are meeting client needs.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide clinical oversight and therapy to clients participating in the CDDT program.
  • Provide training, education, and support to team as needed.
  • Screen, assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans.
  • Deliver services that address diverse social, cultural, gender, and economic needs of population served utilizing equity framework.
  • Clinically supervise other team members.
  • Participate in daily case review meetings, collaborative treatment planning.
  • Group oversight and facilitation.
  • Document all services in a timely manner.
  • Program evaluation/data collection.

Required:

  • Masters Degree from accredited College or University in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field; Ability to be licensed within a short period of time; 1+ years of clinical therapy experience; Valid CO drivers license and reliable transportation; Knowledge of diversity and inclusion with the relevant ability to engage, communicate, interact, and work effectively and cooperatively with people of different backgrounds, identities, and culturally diverse communities.

Preferred:

  • Bilingual/Bi-cultural; LPC, LCSW, or LAC; 1+ years of supervisory experience; Experience in behavioral healthcare working with adults; Experience with DSM-5 diagnoses and best practice treatment intervention for a variety of mental health conditions.

Our Behavioral Health Therapists have access to exceptional training opportunities in evidence-based practices and support in gaining and keeping licensure and addictions certification:

  • Can earn between $2,000 and $23,400 in addition to base wage by participating in the SummitReach Program
  • Receive supervision toward clinical licensure ( LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC) and/or certification ( CAS) at no cost to the employee
  • Receive reimbursement for obtaining clinical licensure ( LCSW, LPC, LMFT) and/or certification ( CAS) in addition to base pay increase
  • Have the opportunity to participate in specialized clinical certifications ( EMDR, etc.)

The typical hiring range for this position, based on 40 hours a week and on relevant years of experience is:

  • Single License: $69,347 - $83,221
  • Dual License: $72,800 -$87,360
