An CDDT (Community Dual Disorder Treatment) Team Lead/Clinician is needed to help us in our endeavor to build the healthiest community in the nation ... one person at a time.

What Youll Do:
The CDDT program serves those who suffer SPMI and also from Substance Abuse /Dependence. Our clients have not achieved success in traditional outpatient settings and have struggled to attain sobriety through various attempts at substance treatment. Our team is comprised of a psychiatrist, nurse, therapist, case-manager, and peer services. Most services are provided in the community. As a Team Lead, the person in this role will provide in-person direct client services as well as provide clinical supervision to ensure that our services are meeting client needs.
