job summary:

We have an immediate opening for a senior level Project Manager with proven experience in healthcare, data analytics. This individual will be supporting ongoing initiaitves to transition from a waterfall delivery process to an agile one. Great opportunity to contribute to an essential organization!

Top Required Skills:

• 5+ years experience with enterprise-level leadership of agile software and/or analytics development teams

• SAFe Release Train Engineer credential/certification or two or more Advanced ScrumMaster (ASM), Scaled Agilist (SA), or SAFe Program Consultant certifications

• 5+ years of experience in data and analytics development

• Experience transforming teams using a traditional project delivery methodology to a delivery model based on an agile framework

• Previous project experience within a healthcare related project environment

• ServiceNow Agile 2.0 module experience would be a PLUS.

responsibilities:

• Develop a roadmap and timeline for the implementation of and transition to an agile delivery model.

• Train delivery team members on agile principles with practical, hands-on applications to data and analytics product development.

• Ensure the Agile Release Train works well together and adheres to an agile framework.

• Coordinate and assist teams according to lean/agile concepts.

• Mentor, coach, enhance, and encourage all employees, teams, and the overall work environment.

• Operate and drive trains.

• Improve the flow of work.

• Assist in the management of risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.

• Develop and assist the lean user experience.

• Streamline product development.

• Ability to successfully improve product deliveries and outcomes in an environment with varying degrees of proficiency and process maturity.
