The Regional Sales Manager must be focused on growing the Wis-Pak Brands through the effective selling and development of our beverage brands at the key account, distributor, and store level. This position will be called on to:




  • Increase the sales and distribution of the Wis-Pak Brands within their designated Territory



  • Seek, build and maintain long-term trusting relationships with store managers, category managers, distributors, and warehouse buyers



  • Identify growth opportunities for Wis-Pak Brand sales and marketing initiatives



  • Drive brand awareness through distribution, identifying marketing opportunities including sampling, and seeking growth in all channels and through all distribution methods



  • Drive the Wis-Pak Brand strategic plan by working effectively with Management to execute Agreements with new DSD and/or warehouse distributors



  • Perform the analysis of sales and market/territory data to provide consultation and/or correction for under-performing markets and/or customers



  • Be educated on unique market channels within the designated territory. Effectively positioning the Wis-Pak Brands presence in each market and chain/store to drive sales



  • Assist with the selling-in of trade solutions, sampling activations, and shelf placement



  • Use rigid ethical considerations to guide decisions and act in accordance with Company values



  • Exhibit exceptional skills in customer service, time management, self-confidence, flexibility, analysis, accountability, practicality, presentation, and communication



  • Develop, lead, and assist an effective team to deliver the following:




    • Ensure product look and display is consistent with brand strategy, plan-o-gram compliance, overall appearance and above presentation standards of competitive products



    • Ensures product is properly priced and POP is compliant



    • Provide routine market intelligence on current market conditions and/or opportunities that may affect sales or category share of product. Collecting and reporting information on competitive product and service offerings to management






In summary, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing business opportunities in all channels and through all distribution models within the assigned territory by executing the overall sales strategy. The focus of this development should be on assuring the long term success of the Shareholders by developing a wholly-owned, nationally recognized and distributed beverage brands which enhance existing product portfolios.

REQUIREMENTS




  1. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred.



  2. Seven years of sales experience, preferably in the Beverage industry calling on the corporate level.



  3. Excellent organizational and presentation skills.



  4. Persuasive and diplomatic communication skills. Strong negotiation skills.



  5. Ability to think strategically and creatively design sales/marketing programs.



  6. High attention to detail and follow through.



  7. Strong analytical thinking ability.



  8. Ability to establish plans, prioritize and organize efforts to execute and meet goals.



  9. Strong problem solving abilities.



  10. High level of integrity and honesty.



  11. Must be able to accommodate extensive travel with a minimum of 50% of time spent remote.
